New Area: Automotive Locksmithing
In the year 2000 Ozwide Locksmiths undertook a new area of locksmithing this being Automotive Locksmithing. This primarily involves cutting and programming car keys that have a transponder chip, or have a push start /proximity system. To be able to provide this service we have attended ongoing specialised training all around Australia. As well as investing in all the latest tools, machinery and stock required in order to be able to make keys to most cars on Australian roads when keys have been lost, stolen or broken.
Mobile Locksmithing Services
Then at the beginning of the covid 19 pandemic in 2020 the store in Market Square closed and the business changed to Mobile Locksmithing services only. At the time of closing the store, Ozwide Locksmiths was the only original tenant remaining at Market Square shopping centre since it opened. This speaks to the high quality tradesmanship, expertise and service that was provided for many years to our many long term and loyal customers.
rnThat commitment to quality tradesmanship and first-class service has continued in Ozwide Locksmiths mobile services. We have also now been joined by Johnnyu2019s Son Levi, making it truly a family affair with 3 generations working together in the field.
